Flavor:

Prime Punch is a Fruit punch with a soft citrus finish, balanced sweetness.

New Users: Start with ⅓ scoop (5g) mixed with 120ml cold water or cold non-alcoholic beverage to assess tolerance.

Experienced Users: Mix 1 full scoop (15g) with 360ml cold water or cold non-alcoholic beverage.

Timing: 30 minutes before training.

Daily Limit: Maximum 1 serving per 24 hours. Use 6+ hours before bedtime.
